Change Management – Organization
Alignment
Course Description:
- Provides participants with a process and a
facilitation toolbox to enable them to gain organization
level acceptance of portfolio, programs, projects or
initiatives within the organizations they are
responsible. This process is designed to enable course
attendees to identify needs of key stakeholders and
develop impact plans to move their organization to
higher levels of acceptance and ownership of the changes
they face
- Participants will practice using the tools on “real”
projects and at the end of the course they will be able
to act as both leaders and coaches to support projects
and initiatives in their business

leaders who manage portfolios, projects or other
initiatives

- Learn how to facilitate a team to gain alignment
using change tools on a “real” project”

- How to set up a project for success through the
identification of organization and individual needs
- How to establish the critical business issue and
business benefit of the project
- How to recognize the seven key steps of any change
project and what acceptance issues are most important at
each one
- How to select and use the most appropriate change
management tools for each step of the change process
- How to establish project deliverables, milestones,
and metrics for success

Tony
Wickham has spent 30 years serving in consumer and
business-to-business companies in individual contributor and
leadership positions in engineering, manufacturing and HR.
His focus is in helping organizations assess result gaps and
develop and implement practical and actionable solutions.
Skills in Organizational, Team, and Human Performance enable
him to work with customers to identify the real needs to be
solved and to implement plans that sustain results.
Gifted in Change Management, his approach to solutions
incorporates effective change principles that bring people
effectively through the change process to the point of
owning the solution. He is experienced in Organization
Change Management and has enabled effective business related
system conversions through change management approaches
enabling business process redesign alignment with
organization and job level changes. He has effectively
utilized the Conference Model process for large group
engagements to complete 3 manufacturing site redesigns
incorporating business process, organization, team and job
level transformation changes that drove extraordinary,
sustainable results.
Tony’s extensive experience and capabilities covers strategy
development, organization effectiveness, team effectiveness,
change management, business process design,
performance-based learning solutions, and leadership
development and coaching. He is a graduate of Southern
Illinois University with an undergraduate degree in
Engineering.
