Thomas Gordon's Conflict Resolution
Course Description:
- Provides managers, team leaders, project leaders,
and team members with practice, insights, and tools to
communicate effectively and manage conflict while
building healthy relationships. Participants explore
ways to communicate and address conflict with peers,
managers and direct reports. Topics and processes
covered include: communication roadblocks, effective
message delivery, active listening, conflict resolution,
and mediation.

Tony
Wickham has spent 30 years serving in consumer and
business-to-business companies in individual contributor and
leadership positions in engineering, manufacturing and HR.
His focus is in helping organizations assess result gaps and
develop and implement practical and actionable solutions.
Skills in Organizational, Team, and Human Performance enable
him to work with customers to identify the real needs to be
solved and to implement plans that sustain results.
Gifted in Change Management, his approach to solutions
incorporates effective change principles that bring people
effectively through the change process to the point of
owning the solution. He is experienced in Organization
Change Management and has enabled effective business related
system conversions through change management approaches
enabling business process redesign alignment with
organization and job level changes. He has effectively
utilized the Conference Model process for large group
engagements to complete 3 manufacturing site redesigns
incorporating business process, organization, team and job
level transformation changes that drove extraordinary,
sustainable results.
Tony’s extensive experience and capabilities covers strategy
development, organization effectiveness, team effectiveness,
change management, business process design,
performance-based learning solutions, and leadership
development and coaching. He is a graduate of Southern
Illinois University with an undergraduate degree in
Engineering.
