Improving Practitioner Competence is critical to achieving our one focus at Praxilient: Helping companies achieve their missions

Practitioner success is a combination of both Art and Management science.

It has been said that much of the managerial work that is performed is a balance between Science and Art. The truth is that many practitioners tend to perform one or the other. Practitioners who rely on their people and problem solving skills may not have the practice science skills needed or may not see the value. Practitioners who know how to work the charts and graphs on a project or process may not have the people skills necessary to effectively run their efforts.

At Praxilient we focus on skill development for all practitioners. This page will begin providing FREE resources that are available to all practitioners. Please contact us if you have information, resources, articles, etc. that would be valuable to your fellow practitioners.
