Tony Wickham has spent 30 years serving in consumer
and business-to-business companies driving extraordinary
and sustainable results. His focus is in helping
organizations assess performance gaps, and develop and
implement practical and actionable solutions. Skills in
Organizational, Team, and Human Performance enable him
to work with customers to identify the real needs to be
solved and to implement plans that deliver long-term
business benefit.
His approach to solutions incorporates effective
change principles that bring people through the change
process to the point of owning the solution. He is
experienced in large scale Change Management and has
enabled business process redesign alignment with
organization and job level changes. He has utilized the
Conference Model process for large group engagements to
complete manufacturing site redesigns incorporating
business process, organization, team and job level
transformation changes.
Tony’s extensive experience and capabilities covers
strategy development, organization effectiveness, team
effectiveness, change management, business process
design, performance-based learning solutions, and
leadership development and coaching. He has held
individual contributor and leadership positions in
engineering, manufacturing and Human Resources. He is a
graduate of Southern Illinois University with an
undergraduate degree in Engineering.
