Dave DaPra, Talent Manager
With over 22 years of Business, Technology and Management experience, Dave is
the Talent Manager for Praxilient. A graduate of Central Michigan
University, he was originally a high school and junior high math and physics
teacher and a coach, before he entered the corporate technology field in 1985.
In
his career, Dave has had the opportunity to work in a variety of roles in
Software Development, Project and Program Management, and in Human Resources
Management and Recruiting. His responsibilities have varied from technical
to management roles, holding positions such as Systems Engineer, Sr. Staff
Analyst, Development Manager, Technical Resource Manager, Sr. Project Manager,
Director of Information Technology, and Talent Manager in the financial
